anisotropy map/metallic look

hello. i have an object and want to make some parts of it to look metallic. how can i do that?

You could try a mia_material_x with a preset. Remember that for a good metallic look, it needs something to reflect, like an hdr sphere.

"Metallic" is a very vague description. A reference image would help.

well, my problem is not to make an object look metallic, but to make an object, which would have metallic and non metallic parts. i couldn't find out how to apply anisotropy to some faces, but not to the whole object.
