after Effects file size

I captured video from adobe premiere and imported the avi into an after effects Comp. without adding effects to it, i rendered the scene out using the same setting as i did to create it in premiere. When i rendered the captured footage in premiere it was 160 mb when i re rendered it in AE it was 890 mb. Why does the file size increase?

probably the output settings are diff.
I found huffy to be a good raw video codec to work with, then when finished export it as a divx/svcd.
Check your settings, when u use AE it lets you choose the output crunching before you save it.
