Tomcat really is by far the best toon shader there is for outlines. Actually right now I'm working on a way to do doodle-style hatching with it, but it's just doing the outlines- the actual hatching will be through a normal maya shading network.

Pony, what do you mean different subject matter? I'm always ready to try new ideas if you have any...
