can you undo camera zoom?

can you undo a camera zoom/pan etc? I accidently hit the f key when in my camera view and of course this caused the camera to fit all into the frame... grrr, hadn't saved it for a while just to make matters worse.

Cheers for any help

you can use the "[" "]" keys to skip between camera views. Best thing to do though is lock you camera attributes once it is in place (dont use the persp camera just use a new one)

in the perspective view select the new camera and in the channel box you will get the camera attributes. select them all and than right click and lock.

Another good way is setting bookmarks for different views that you want.
