think you might have a bit too much indent in the Brow ridge area, that.. line of detail yoyu added...might just be the angle of the pic though...

Whats the refrances like ? I'm not totaly sure what your after but I kinda thought the line from the side of the nose down past the sides of the mouth is a little to far away from the corner of the lips.
and i fixed the corner of the lips , thanx.
this is modeled mostly using the poly by poly method, not box modeling as i find box modeling less intuitive when modeling after a reference [for characters]. nothing special just push and pull verts.

But yeh. looks gret vlad, but looks like a LOT of ridges on the face. but might look better after textures
