modeling:unwanted duplicate while converting

While converting my model from polygon to subdivi, or vice versa, i get an unwanted duplicate. It was working all right at the begining but I must have pressed some hot key or smth. When I move verticies now one stays at the oryginal place and I move the other one.In my my convertion option box I do not have the "keep oryginal" box checked, so it's not that.I even tried to mesh all the verticies, it does not work. Can someone please help me.Thanx.

Go into your hypergraph, and at the top of the window, the icons, find and click on the upstream connections. Then delete the subd blind data. and then delete histpoly node.
