Hi I purchased 35 points a few hrs ago, but my account isn't reflecting the transaction. I did a search on the forums and it seems past issues were because an address was not provided for credit card/paypal payments. However, I DID provide one.
Already sent an e-mail to kevin@simplymaya to explain. Just wanted to post a thread here for good measure.....sorry to inconvenience anyone.
So yeah.....24 hours later and no response to this problem despite PM's and e-mails. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do (that I haven't already done)? Thanks again.
