Frankly, it doesn't matter which box is better than the other. It all boils down to the games. I'm not getting an Xbox 360 for quite some time, because I'm not all that thrilled with the first lineup of games. I'm sure things will get better over the coming months as more titles are released, but, for now, I've got more important things to spend my money on. Somehow, food and rent have more priority than games. :p

Eye, i remember the thing about the "new gereration" of consoles, with the amiga 32 and the lynx 64, (if thats right), they came out first, as I remember but got destoyed by the PS 1 and he sega one ( cant remember the name), which was the birth of the CD based console

We have a long wait here in Australia . . they don't plan on releasing it until March 2006!! They must be coming over on a row boat.

I'll wait for the Playstation and then compare.

i was thinking on getting one but... still not out: planned 2 dec here...

It will cost 399,9€ (wich compared to 399,9$ it makes an interesting difference and makes me think bad things about what gates thinks about europeans. Heck it would be probably cheaper to buy it on amazon and have it shipped here...)

the pack wont come with any games but a 50% discount on the first one you buy (ive heard it comes with 4 games in america so again wtf...)

I have alrready played games (Perfect Dark Zero & Call of Duty 2 & Need for Speed: Most Wanted) for an hour on a demo with a projector on HD... i still prefer the games as seen and played on my pc... (i gotta get one couch like the one on the demo tough XD but it is priced at arround an HDTV!)

it wont come linux ready

the only thing that still mekes me want to buy on is the promise of the upcoming halo3...
