This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

Ntl Modem

simple modem i made but never got textured till now.
Posting it up cause theres never much to look at in the finished section...so ill add something user added imageuser added image

Looks cool, you shoud try to render it with a indoor HDRI image to give it the look of where you would see one

Yer I would probably suggest the same.

On a slightly different note, how do you hide the blured HDRI image in the background but still have the effects that it gives?

One other thing, what made you do it?

yeah this one looks better. Tim to hide the image go to render stats and hide there. in the hdri's attributes.
ive done a whole desktop setup but none are textured some im going in and doing all the textures now individually.
