Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

You Know...

Hi
About Kurt Boutilier's Interior Scene tutorials: all is great except those 22,476 times when he goes "you know..." or "a little bit" or is chasing frantically the right tool in menus.

Hey, Kurt... English vocabulary is very rich. Try "some more" or "a tad" or "a fraction" or... etc, otherwise we'd think that beneath your skin there is a boring robot user added image

You could try listening 3dquakers.com video tutorials also. Charbel Koueik is master, although he's not a native English/American citizen.

Enjoy.

All I can say is sorry you did not like my talking in the above tut, some come out more fluent than others.

don't worry, Kurt. critics is progress.

in fact there are worse narrations on other tutorial sites. you know...
commentators drooling, puffing into their cheap microphone, or making those
disgusting satisfied tchicks every minute while proudly rotating their 3D models. probably a glass of water would help user added image

sorry for the above 'you know'. I think it's contagious user added image

keep up the good work. cheers.
