anyone know why this is?

see over on the right ..

i was wondering how come the wrist can't be key framed

i'm guessing it has something to do with the colors in the settings but i'm not sure what it means

do anyone know how this can be fixed so the wrist and other parts can be keyframed?

You have, most likely, part of the joint either keyed or there is code associated with the attribute you are attempting to modify . . . .

Select the attribute you desire to modify, right-click it and then select "Break Connections" . . .
