not exactly cause i'm using the saber for a real footage of me (experimenting) but i will post it when finished nearly there, and its exactly like in star wars always stays white in the middle.

QUESTION! I tried this and set incandescence and amient color to full, and now my blade is all white.:headbang:

Turn it down a bit, use the IPR render option to fine tune the results to something you like. (PS I dont know how new you are but look in the hypershade to see what the material looks like as well, prior to rendering)

change it, instead of to white, to a differnt color.

Wait, why have you changed the ambient colour? When you mean full do you mean that you have set it to white??? If so turn it down to black, as I can't really understand why you need to change the ambient colour in the first place.

Try to be a little more descriptive of your problems as its a bit hard to tell what you've actually done in the first place to cause the problems.

I did, in my first reply. I said ambient and incandescence to full. Anyways, thank you, I'll try that.
