How do you stop the "Flickering" with Final Gather?

Hi,

Just wondering who do you stop the flickering when rendering the project without rendering in passes and just render using Mental Ray and Final Gather.

I have a scene with a car using Metallic Paint, a floor with a DGS node for the reflection. I was trying to avoid combining the passes with Shake since that software gave me so many problems.

Anyway, does anyone out there have a solution in stopping the flicking when rendering the scene using Final Gather and Mental Ray?
