Maya's movie texture

Hi, I'm using Maya's movie texture, everything is alright except the render comes out with these patterns as you see. I just want it to be a clear image, anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thankyou.

had the exact same problem,
go to the attributes editor of "movie1" and first input box should say filter type. I think default is quadradic. set it to off and your movie should look normal.
