It look like a good model though - how did you model this? with polys? from a tutorial?

Maybe your contrast or brightness is off on your computer. It looks fine on both my computer and my laptop. Did you look at the HD version on my website?Originally posted by arran

It looks pretty good, but how do you render out an HD version? I like it, the only thing I wasn't a big fan of though is the flame color. Then again I'm not really a big fan of flame decales on cars in general.

yeah- it may be my computer at work that's off.

er... pretty much any color you like....
I actually asked someone that knows a lot about cars to help me with the colors, so I think IÕll go with him.
i might ask someone who knows something about colors...
i tend to think that those bright colors look a bit cheap and flames always just seem kind of redundant to me - kind of like writing 'fast' on your forehead, but hey, it's just a question of taste - whatever floats your boat! thanks for the link.

nice car
As a model, the car turned out pretty good, its the texturing/lighting/renderin that needs a bit of tweaking. Good luck with this one.
