MayaWiki

I want to let you all know that the Maya Wiki is up and running and ready for user contributions. This is an independently run and funded project. Here you will not have any banner ads or pop ups. This site is barely a week old and I have only recently finished most of the admin side of the work and set up the topics and sub categories so there is no content yet. I will continue to work on my own at this but I believe the overall success will rely on the participation of the Maya community (that's a lot for one person to write :headbang: ).

Feel free to contact me with suggestions and ideas on how to make this a better wiki,

Thank you for your time..

Currently there is only a handful of us working on content at the moment. If more get involved then in true spirit of a wiki updates should be happening frequently.

You should put in a short history of Maya since it's only recently an Autodesk product. Also, there are differences between the alias versions and the Autodesk versions that people should mention when explaining things if you want to cover Maya as an app. If you're just catering to 8.5 users, then I guess it's a non-issue but you're limiting yourself as well.
