Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

How to make it more round?

I've created a small submarien. The tail part part of sub looks kind of oval instead of round. How do I make it more round? I don't want to manually select each verticies and change it. Is there a way I can select the whole isoparm and make it more round?

Here's the picture.

As you can see from the pic, it's not round.

Just select the vertices and scale them.

That's what I've done and it's not really round but because it's base on eyeballing. Do I select all the vertices and scale them or just a couple of them on the right and left? That's what I did and it's really hard to accomplish it because I don't know how much roundness is the left side from the right side.

select all the vertices, scale them in, then pull out the scaled vertices and perhaps go to the next lot of vertices and pull them towards the outer lot to make it a nice rounded shape.

Hope this helps.
