Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Instancer Color Varieties

Hi All,
I m creating a particle instancer with a leaves (modelled from nurbs) as the objects. Everything is going fine. But I don't know how to make each leave has a different color. Can somebody point me a clue please?

I belive it would most probably have to be done by a mel script.
I have done something like that ages ago, with some very simply scripting. But im afraid i cant find it. Try going here https://www.highend3d.com/maya/downlo...ipts/dynamics/
and see if you can find a script that will do it.


There's nothing normal about normals. In FACT i think the are abnormal.
