maya measurements

Hello and Thanks in advance for any help

I was wondering if there was a way to change the measurements in Maya 7 to

meters, feet, inches, centimeters .. etc

(real life measurements)

Yup!

Got to Windows>Settings/Prefereneces>Preferences

Click on Settings and got to the Working units menu

so dose this work by using the scale

putting in 2

would be same as 2 inches? or 2.25 = 2 1/4 ?

or is there a different method?

yeah thats in Wh33ls.

One thing to remember if your going to use dynamic calc's (like fields, gravity etc) is that they only calculate in meters so you would have to do the appropiate conversions
