Hi There.

Youve got interactive creation switched on, to switch it off got to create_Polygons (or NURBS) and uncheck interactive creation.

Boolians are horrible to use they give loads of problems.

If you have a search on the forums here in this section, theres a few threads on the subject.

To be honest you should try not to use them.

bring the verts into position, delete the faces and then merge the verts after combining the geometry.

just a tip

hey before you can merge your vertexes, you have to combine the two mesh pieces by selecting them both, and then go to polygon/combine, after that you can merge your verts and make your mesh solid piece

Good luck
