Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character
But if it's simply a color change based on the xyz translation of the camera,
then you can simply make a set-driven-key connection where the translation of the camera will adjust the 0-1 value of a ramp in the color or diffuse channel
