Infinity Walk Cycle and an AVI as an image plane

I've made a simple walk cycle of a character but I can't remember how to do an infinity walk cycle.

In the graph editor using post/pre infinity doesn't seem to work.

If anyone could tell me where I'm going wrong?

to save me spamming you I also wanted to know about importing an avi as an image plane. It comes up with this error:

// Error: Image conversion (to IFF) failed //
// Error: Unable to load the image file, 'C:/Documents and Settings/Han/My Documents/My Pictures/Picture/frontfeet.avi', for imagePlane3 //

I have done it before though which is what i dont understand!

thanks for your help

I think theres an easier way but here how i'd do it.

you need to animate ur global control forward frame by frame for the length of your cycle (i.e 24 frames)) to avoid sliding issues, then in ur graph editor of the global control

go curves > post infinity > cycle with offset

curves > pre infinity > cycle with offset
