Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

a big call for free. I'd happily do it if I had the time but as I'm working on my demo I can't afford to sacrifice time on that to do free work personally. Please explain further what you really want and how our help is going to contribute to your future.

yeah good luck finding someone to do it for free. Why don't you practice your modeling then you wouldn't be asking of such a huge task for someone to do for free. That doesn't look like a quick thing to model it'll take time and experience. And like the old saying goes Time = Money

yea sounds like trying to make a profit off of someone else's work to me...

either money or a good grade... besides, reference pics aren't great cause you only show ONE SIDE OF THE BUILDING...

Dude seriously, be a little more clear in what exactly you are looking for. Responses like this, and a post that you opened with are far too broad spectrum and are up for intrerpretation. There are several key issues which have been addressed that you need to respond to before you will get any help at all.
Keep in mind our time is worth as much as yours, and in some cases worth more. Everyone around here has stuff to do so be kind, be appreciative of any and all help you may get.
Tell us what you are looking for, what you can offer in return, and be willing to accept comments, criticisms and the likes about/for it.

Time is money, and lots of us lack time.

Cheers,
Alexander

Well it would be hard to say how much I'd quote for it with so little information on it.
First and foremost: what are you using it for when it is done.
Second: Are there more reference images
Third: What level of detail are you looking for?
Fourth: What kind of time line are you trying to get this done in?

I'd think if you were looking for a model to use for a non-commercial work (portfolio if you are doing lighting/texturing) and based on the level of detail desired and how much has to be created without the use of reference I'd quote in the $100-$200 range I think. At the same time I'd want to maintain ownership of the model.

But as I say there are some issues to overcome before a quote could/would be given.
