bump only partialy renders

I have a simple building and have applied a bump to it but the bump will only render in parts depending on camera angle. There is no transition between bumped and not just a hard line. I'll upload a picture showing my problem. The map is placed correctly as it is over the color map. Thanks.

if it's not UV'd in certain areas, the bump won't work

Its all mapped. The bump works fine in high quality viewscreen as well.


edit
i switched to a normal map and froze transformations. The map doesn't cut out now.
