moving clouds??

Does anyone know how or a good tutorial on how to create a background image that appears as though the clouds are moving?

you could get yourself a dome, give it a panoramic texture with clouds and animate that rotating

there are a lot of panoramic clouds floating around on the internet

there are links to some sky domes in the resources forum... i remember requesting it at some point
