The first thing that caught my eye was that it looked like the skateboard tracks went ahead of the front wheel a little but I realize it's just a dip in the ground. It's looking awesome Kurt.

More work on him today with still a lot of things to tweak and fix. Lights need a bit more work as a well as color correction but on its way...

Next up will be the tree and some depth of field. then back into playing with the lights and shadows more, also might add a few nik naks to the back of his board.

added the dead grass.. thinking of adding some small stones and maybe some ants or bugs around the hill things.

hey i have a request for u!!....can u post a good free uv mapping tutorial in SM.actually ur modeling tutorials are so good!!!.But now i am looking for some uv mapping tutorial.Cause i m stuck with the dog model.I wnt to use it elsewhere but i dont know how to texture or uv map!!!If u post sth like this there i mean the FREE section (for the dog model) then that would be helpful for all of us and a person skilled like u wont take too long to uv map and texture the dog and i m pretty sure abt that!......

hope u would consider!...

Almost done lot more color and light work. going to add some ants or something around the hills and some small rocks.

As for the dog UV tut.. I dont think i have the file save anymore.. there should be some free tuts on u tube and other sites. Google search maya UV mapping.
