MAYA PLE...is not AVAILABLE anymore!

has autodesk suspended the PLE versions of MAYA frm their 2009 version?

In their web site there is only 30 days trial present.Though it has Linux support!

I looked for a Linux 30-day trial, but it seemed like there was only windows and mac options. How would I go about finding that?

And yeah, it really sucks that they did away with the PLE, though I did hear somewhere something to the effect that it may be coming back sometime.

It was a mistake removing it, they say they didnt mean to remove it and say they will make it available again. However they said this a while a go and havent done anything about it.

@stwert

u can't directly download the trial.U have to apply for it.There u will find four radio buttons in a column.U have to select linux.

I will be very very unhappy if autodesk don't provide the PLE anymore.....
