This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with
complex objects.
Select the edge loop, edit mesh > delete edges
You may have to delete the vertices as well (select all your vertices in the area and hit delete, it'll only remove ones that are connected by less than three edges)
