This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.
Hi guys,
Been away from 3d design for a while due to work and crap. but I am back in the saddle again.
I rigged this character a good while back but I never animated him.
It seems as though I always been animating using the "straight ahead" method for a while. So I decided to give "pose to pose" a try and see if is a better workflow. I've always heard its a good method for timing.
Here is the animation using the pose to pose blocking technique. (see other links for the second and third pass)
Nice one! I can't view it slowly, but I'm wondering if it could benefit from a bit more stretch right before lift off, (i.e. fully extend the arms and legs), but you might already have that.
Keep up the good work!
