Camera Move and Undo Issues

So, I was working on my scene and decided to take a break so I shut down Maya 2011. When I went back to work some of the buttons were changed. Rather than left clicking to select I have to hold Alt. Rather than holding Alt to move the camera I simply have to use the mouse buttons. Also, Ctrl + Z doesn't undo. What did I do?!?! Please help me understand what went wrong.

1. Check that caps-lock isn't on.
2. Open up your hotkey editor to verify that the hotkeys are in fact changed.
3. Backup and then delete your prefs.

Hope that helps.
