Shear command....or champfer in Maya

Ok Im doing a Lightwave tutorial and notice they have a great command called 'shear' which basically tapers a shape for you...is there a similar one in Maya?? cos I cant seem to see one...just curious

I know I can flare an object dave but he is able to do it with selected points...not the whole object...thanks anyway mate...I could only find non-linear BTW...hhhmmmmmmm

Try flare with vertices I think you find it works............dave
