Can anyone suggest how i can properly facial animation from softimage 2010 to maya 2011. I try to use crosswalk but when it is imported to maya the whole mesh seem to explode...everything just looks messy.

hmmm, this is a tricky one, i never tried to deirectly import facial animation from xsi to maya. but you can bake the animation from xsi then import it that way into maya,
or use fbx format instead, thats pretty stable. even .obj format can import/export blendshape animation
