Upgrading from Student?

I would like to upgrade from my Student Copy of Maya2011 to Maya2012 Commercial and am wondering how do I do this?

Your best bet is to contact Autodesk.

If you have a purchased copy of the Student version then you can upgrade.
There are a few rules to follow such as you must have proof that you have finished your course etc.
It's all explained on their website.

The upgrade does not apply to the free student versions downloaded form Autodesk.
