Moving face/vertices and nonselected also moving?

Hey guys, so when I select a vertex and move it, the one right above it also moves slightly, ill show u a picture. See in the picture how i only have the lower point selected and moving it but the one above it moves slightly also. I dont want this. Any help with this issue? im sure its something easy.. as it always is.

You toggled on soft selection by hitting the `b` key, hit it again to turn it off.
