Extrude pivot

hi, i've got a little problem with the extrude tool pivot...

for the extrude edges it's set like this

but for the extrude face is result....

how can i make the extrude face pivot the same like for extrude edges ?

click on the little round toggle widget that is attached to the manipulator to change it from world orientation to local orientation mode.This will only work if you have not frozen the transformations and deleted the history.

Have you though that little button which looks like "turn off button" ? I have already tried to move it but it has just repleaced the manipulator to a center of selection. How can i check if i have not frozen transformations and deleted the history ?
