I was looking through google images for some references for a stool for a house I'm modelling, and run into this..

That's amazing. Though you'd have to sit at an odd angle to use all 3 of those cutout parts user added image

That just looks extraordinarily painful. Unless maybe it was custom molded... and I don't want to contemplate that process.
