This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with
complex objects.

MAYA on OSX Lion
This might have been covered elsewhere, but...
I upgraded my Mac to OSX Lion a few months back. I've got a MacBook Pro with 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo (32 Bit)
I have tried installing a Maya 2013, 2012 and 2010 for Mac, however each installation has failed.
It appears my system's operating system is too new for Maya 2012, but there is not a suitable version of 2013 for my 32 bit processor?
Has anyone else encounter this problem and is there a way around it?
