Beer glass scene creation
This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

Possbile to run two separate scene simultaneously?

I was wondering if it was possible to have more than one project tab/scene running simultaneously in Maya. I.e. like you can have in photoshop for example. The reason I'm asking is because I'm planning on modeling a detailed part of my project that I need a separete set of image plans for, and it would be a lot easier if I could have both scenes open simultaneously in Maya rather than having to close the first scene to do something on the second and vice versa.

Here is a nice icon for the trouble: user added image

You could use a mesh plane for your images and keep them in layers...............dave
