Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world

Mac maya myRender.sh question
Just wondering if my mac file path have spaces. Would it effect batch render script to run?
As I know batch render through maya is working fine.
Any help would be great! Thanks

Eg: "/Users/foo/folder with spaces/bar.mb"
