It looks like double transforms, how do you have the structure in the outliner? If you could show an image of that, it may show why. Is the geometry parented under the main control curve, if so make sure it sits outside of this group

Looks like you do have a double transform.

check the order of how the rig is attached to the main control group...you may have gone 1 level too far, its usually something simple
