Move tool pointing in skewed directions

I have an image attached with the problem! It does not go on X, Y, Z but in between each of those values like 45 degrees in between them! HALP!

Wow, anyone having trouble with this should go to the move tool settings and change their setting to object. Problem solved.

you have snap to grid on. turn this off to be able to move freely again
