Plastic bag in a wind field?

Hi!

I'm trying to make a plastic shopping bag blowing around in a wind field. I thought the best way to go about it would be to model the bag make it an nCloth, and then set it in a wind/turbulence field. However, I'm having a lot of trouble!!! My end goal is to have a lot of bags colliding with each other in a very turbulent field. I can't figure out how to set my nucleus and nCloth settings, though, to make the bag movement believable. Should I make one bag, then duplicate it? How will I set them to crash into each other?

Thank you so so much!!user added image
