Forced to Cinema 4D

Are any other Maya users finding that they're being pushed to C4D at work or for work?

I work with people who are starting to learn it. I already am comfortable with Maya and would rather continuing to advance in it (on the company's dime user added image) instead of something I am less familiar with.

Maya has improved their text tools (via v2016, Ext. 1) and just acquired Mainframe's MASH, giving it some MoGraph-like features. And I've been importing Maya models into Element 3D to use them in After Effects.

While I think C4D is cool and has some unique features, I would like to leave that to people who love it and stay with what I love (Maya). I can't convince others though. Grrr.
