Expert tips on GIJoe and buildings

i know a lot of you use GI Joe and i know a lot of you use it really well (brian user added image), well im wanting to use it with a building im modelling (www.rcenter.org) I was wondering, cos im new to GI Joe (fairly new), what settings to use (light colour, intensity, what type of lights, how many of them etc)
