I hurt!

Well, two years ago I tore all the muscle tissue in my right shoulder and it took several months for it to heal properly.

Now I've torn all the tissue in my left shoulder!

It hurts to sit upright for any length so I'm trying to ration my computer time and still practice with Maya.

I have a message therapist work on me twice a month as I can't do surgery since I'm my own boss...-no one to replace me-. It works wonders and feels great!

I mean what I say when I say: Ibruprofen, an icepack, Tiger Balm and a cold beer are your best friends....

I know the same problem.

Two weeks ago after 20 minutes playing rugby my right shoulder went out is place, so I managed my left hand to work as same as possible like my right hand do, but my pen don't want to draw something.

I turned my mouse for left hand user, and the same problem every thing goes wrong. since monday I had recovered my shoulder but till I can't draw someting well (MAYA and paper)
That's why i can't post WIP...

Sometimes if your spine is out of alignment, you can tell by looking in the mirror.

If you're crooked, then one shoulder will dip.

Since my injuries come from my profession, I have to find the best way to heal without resorting to surgery.

So far it works pretty well. I do a lot of stretching that most people never heard of, and I'm constantly aware of my posture.

I feel for all you guys...injuries that prevent or limit your use of the computer definitely sucks.
