Over the last couple of years UV layout in Maya has changed for the better. In this course we're going to be taking a look at some of those changes as we UV map an entire character

Moving to England, maybe

I neeed to know many many things, and seeing as how there are a ton of english people around here, seems like a great place to ask. I'm hoping to go Bournemouth, so what i need to know is this.

1) What kind of marks do international students need to get into an undergraduate animation program.

2) I'd defintly need to work while going to school, so what is minimum wage over there?

3) Even with good marks, what are my odds of getting into Bournemouth. Would a demo reel help?

4) Anything else i should I know?

I looking at going to Bourmenouth their BA in Computer Visulisation & Animation (also looking at Teesside University, Middlebrough for their BA in Animation)

Bournemouth is one of the best in thw world, but beware, you must have good Maths and English grades.

Bournemout Web Site

- The minimum wage is around £4+ [Not sure of the exact amount]
- As i said, you need good Maths and English marks, plus other qualifications.
- Even with the right qualifications, they get alot of applications, so you may not be accepted, but still try

Speak to PureMorning as he at Bournemouth and can give first hand answers.

Teesside is also one to look at. They have a good Animation BA degree

Hi there, thanks alot, that info helped a ton.
I'm from Canada. On the page it says an average of B for the program I want. Right now I'm maintaining a A- , with courses in advanced math, chem and physics, and of course english . I heard somewhere that they are likely to accept Non-Eu students because of the fact that they make much more money from them.
