New charcter for Fun animations

Hey... I finally made a nice simple character that has some personalty just for animation=) Meet Red Devil... im going to use him for some small animations, like weight lifting, running an obstickal course

Also going to have 1 or 2 more, of different sizes a blue devil and a yellow devil.. to play off each other in the future....

wow, i like him. especially the belly and the large feet user added image. mine gets some blendshapes right now - and i will have a look at this thread as he progesses user added image

oh the eyes are super cool. is this just a ramp with some noise? or is there more tricks behind it? you model fast - i seam to be so slow.
