This course will look at the fundamentals of rendering in Arnold. We'll go through the different light types available, cameras, shaders, Arnold's render settings and finally how to split an image into render passes (AOV's), before we then reassemble it i
So here is the finish remodel of the sword ( original desing from Michael Roger).
Like M and howardporter ask me to do a better job at the wings an the top of the handle.
I think It looks better that before, the wings look more sharp on the edges and also I put more subdivisions with the split poligon tool on the top and bottom of the handle to make it look more hard.
Is there another way to make it look more hard without making subdivisions?
I tried to use edit polygons - normals - soften / harden , and all hard on the edges but it make them look faceted.
I haven't been able to put some update of the work because I have been busy but this is how the scene looks at the end.
Please let me know what you think about it.
Any coments are wellcome.
what about having a torn scarf fluttering in the wind wrapped around the handle of the sword? that would be really cool. Witchy's right about the blades of grass though
