Ocean shader

Does nayone know of any good tutorials for the ocean shader for Maya 4.5? I've tried just monkeying around with it, but I get crappy results, and I can't get it to deform at all. Any good tutorials would be appreciated. I tried using F1, but as usual that's no help.

Thanks.
