Simply Maya Points

I purchases points off the web site yesterday and i believe it was 14 points.Anyways,today it says i have no points.Who must i talk to in order to straighten this out?

You'd have to talk to Kevin or David.... but I dunno why youre not seeing your points because when I got mine, they were there the next second so... I dunno

I will add them today, for some reason it came back as a fraudalent transaction?

if this happens again notify me as soon as possible as if your points are not added straight away it means the credit check has come back as maybe fradulent.

sometimes this is something as simple as a post code error - so soon sorted out
